When i connect my DM i am getting SNR 60 to 65% AGC 70% BER 0% some frequencies it is 7000 but none of the channels are getting locked.

I have tried different LNBs i can get max SNR 65% AGC 70% BER 0 what could be isssue.I trying to tune C band.I am using non standard user defined option entered L: 05150 H : 05150 Treshold : 05150 i have even tried living treshold default still same issue no channel lock
