Hi..First Post

I've just bought a new 500s.

Last night, I plugged in the transformer before plugging it into the back of the DB and the Transformer blew. I heard a small pop.

Has this happened to anyone else?
Is it a common thing with the DB transformer?
Does anyone have a suggestion?
