Tune Failed

  • TUNE FAILED ! this problem still not fixed.

    Is anyone addressing this?

Rotor movement usually fails if tuner B is set to "Equal to Socket A" or "Second Cable of Motorized LNB". There are some conditions where this works, but so far I have not determined the circumstances; it may depend on the direction of travel, the polarity of the destination channel, or some other factor.

I have a normal stab-motor configuration with one LNB.

It is very annoying that it always fail to turn to satellites.
I always get the pop-up...... TUNE FAILED.......

So i have to tune to other satellites first and than to the wanted sat.
Impossible for the moment to program multi-satellite recordings!!!!!!

I hope there will be a solution soon for this problem.

    Sincerely,

  • Same problem for me. I have additional info.

Iam watch a channel at tuner A at 19E. Iam switching to 28,2. It switch first to tuner B and then it is trying to rotate. After a few seconds I got the message "tune failed"

Should it stay at Tuner A. Iam not recording anything.

  • Same problem here..
Obviusly a software error, if the configuration of tuner B is set to nothing attached, for instance, the problem doesn't occur.
Come on guys, this shouldn't be too hard to fix ?!?

The problem is a known bug for over 5 months now.
