Please provide some information about the hard- and software used.

I think i have gemini image. My problem is that i can't watch some channles with enigma and my vlc but some i can. Channels which work on my tv because of my card sharing but on PC they just don't work. On PC i can watch only some channels.
I am using latest VLC 0.8.6a but still nothing. Please help...
