Fist of all hi to everybody.

I can't connect to my dreambox 7000s.
I switch it on the LCD it's on but the boot log in doesn’t begun.
I trade to reinstallation the software with dream up but wan the program ask to suite the box on nothing happens
Can anyway help me solving this problem??
