Aston DH12(diseqc 1.2) with universal lnb

When I scan transponders I only have 22Khz channels detected. I change the settings, turn on the tone mode setting (voltage mode: polariztion). I tried and I tried and I tried a lot of settings. But I still have the 22Khz and never the 27.5 one's.

Does anybody can help me?
