Please provide some information about the hard- and software used.

I bought in Switzerland more than one year ago a brand new DM500s which was working perfectly with my two lnb’s and dish. As I bought a rotor (Stab HH100), I’ve been able to make it work for one or two days. Since then, I’m not able to lock any signal:

- I’ve tried with my other receiver (Kaon) and it works fine, rotor moving, signal strength perfect

- When connecting to my DM500s, no rotor moving, signal 38-49%, no AGC, or signals very unstable but always under 50%

- I tried to reset the factory default, then moved the dish to Hotbird and plugged my DM500s directly to one lnb, but still nothing. I tried the same with my Kaon and signal was perfect.

- Even when unplugging the coax cable and the antenna, still get these unstable signals (no difference when plugged and unplugged)

My hardware is:

Did I do something wrong or is my tuner ko and out of order? Thank you for helping me about that matter
