Please provide some information about the hard- and software used.

I am trying to move internal harddisk recorded TS files to the pc, but the network is very very very slow. Using a 7020 or a 5620 (using NGRAB) on the same configuration I have beautiful speeds no problem at all. I heard on varius forums that there is a hardware problem on some 7020s (1st generation like mine) and the problem is solved by soldering two new capacitors on the board. Please inform me for what to do since there are only 1-2 months to the guaranty end day.

well, fix it... or if you can't then send it back and have it fixed

if your box is still under maintenance, then send it back for fixing.
if you have a CAM inserted, try to remove it while using the network, as the 7020 has a huge bug about this...

The network speed of my 7020 is excellent. I, too, recommend to send your dreambox back through the local dealer as the soldering fix can kill the box, if you are not experienced with this.
