I have dvbs2 silicon tuner , the new verson .the problem is that when loading the channels ,it loads them slowly not fast

What do you mean with loading channels?

in channel searching it is not fast. its normal same as the original tuner no difference.

Nobody said it's faster? The speed can't be increased it's defined by the transponders itself (how often the SDT, NIT is send etc.)
You can try the Blindscan (with disabled NIT/Network search) which is quite fast.
