my dreambox 7080 doesn't install plugins anymore and I don't know why tried million of times with no luck

the message is:

done - installed, upgraded or removed 1 package with 0 errors

note the word error is half hidden and I don't know why is that

after installing nothing changed or added to the plugins it still grey and not installed
