there are several plugins which offer a "file browser" to copy files
but you should be able to get your box in the networt (WLAN is also an option)
fastest way is the "cp" command over telnet - but also network needed
(how can you use your 7080 without network - updates, plugins, ... )
the 7080 has a WLAN-USB-Stick in the delivery
and just go to Menu / Settings / Network to configure the network
(but that's also in the manual)

Same way like you show up any network device .....there are several ways to do so.....FTP for example or you install samba /nfs/bonjour/cifs on the dreambox
