I installed the Cool TV Guide plugin on my 800HD and ever since then it keeps crashing my DB. I've done a factory reset but whenever I try to save the configuration (I have a motorised dish and a fixed one connected) I keep getting the green screen. I've tried to uninstall the plugin but for some reason I can't and i've even tried to reflash the image but it keeps coming up as the same one. Could some kind soul please help me and put me out of this misery?

Maybe it would be helpful if you could attach a crashlog file from your /hdd/ here, so we can see why its crashing.

But I would guess you flash memory is completly full. no more space left, so it crashed whenever you try to save settings or whatever. You have to get some free space again by deleting or uninstalling stuff ... or flash a new image ...

then the flash was not successfull. Please tell us how you did flash a new image ... which image and how did you flash it, step by step like described here?
