Hi,

i have a 7020HD connected by HDMI to a sony led tv, installed the latest firmware ( 3.2.2 ) but noticed i loose digital sound after a few minutes. Tested on 3sat HD on 19.2E (an FTA) it has 4 audio channels. I´m not claiming it´s the firmware as i just recently started using the AC3 audio channels.

Tested this on two different setups: Sony led TV with motor and Triax dish. Then old CRT tv other coax cable and a triplesat. But the results are the same.

The only way to have sound is shutting down, disconnect from main power and then rebooting.

Any hints are welcome.

Yesterday bought myself a new DM 800 HD se did the same tests and now everything stays ok.

Now i would like to apply for an RMA, i have the invoice but the serial number is not on it. Is this a problem for RMA?
