Hi all!

I have a Dreambox 600 PVR for cable. I'm not sure if this is a hardware fault or something else, but using the remote to browse the channels it will jump to channel 2 no matter what channel you are on. Also there's a huge problem with the remote (or box?) randomly remapping or misunderstanding what button I just pressed, it can bring up any random thing and I can't get my head around it! It's driving me nuts!

It also freezes up from time to time and I have to pull the plug and let it restart.

It's been like this for 3 months since I bought it, since the beginning, but I haven't had the time to investigate this yet.

Any suggestions on what to do??
