I have a DM-7020S that I can not use as a sat receiver anymore....no sky available to receive satellite signals. Also, I now have CABLE-TV (being in an apartment) and would like to record shows that I cannot see during times I am working.

How would it be possible to feed the audio and video signals that would normally go straight to the TV, to the DM-7020S and have it record those signals/shows onto the built-in HDD in the receiver? Then when I get home, play the recorded shows off the HDD to the TV.

Any help much appreciated.
