The depends on the bitrate of the programm you will record.
A lot of TV-Stations send the programm with a bitrate of 3,5 Mbit/s so you can calc it.
3,5 Mbit/s ~ 0,4375 Mbyte/s
0,4375 Mbyte/s * 60 = 26,25 Mbyte/min
26,25 Mbyte/min * 60 = 1575 Mbyte/hour
