    i bought dreambox from hm-sat 8 months ago i sent it them to sent it to dream for repair and guess what they told me the repair cost more than the price in market


    do you believe that . Belegnummer 2010-62765 give me this reference as follow:

    you have waranty on your box for 12 or 24 months ...


    normaly no reason to pay anything. except YOU destroyed the box on your own or you forgot to send them the required letter with the info where and WHEN you bought this dreambox, so they can see that you are still within the waranty timeframe ...


    Anyway, this is something you should discuss with DMM ... and not with us here in forums :winking_face:


    You might also want to get in touch with HM-SAT ... that's the shop where you bought and usually this is the place where you return a damaged box ...
