I have DM800 HD with 640 HDD

But very often when I start it up

after I tink it is called booting ( when wallpaper appear for about 30 - 40 seconds )

it restarts again and again many many times maybe 10 or more.

whats the problem ?

is it hardware or software?

how to solve it?
