hey im new on here hello everyone ..... anyways i bought my box from a guy that said pay him $250 for the box and $20 a month for the service but he never answers his phone. im having trouble my son did a factory reset on the box and the screen is all distorted and fuzzy looking and no channels come in. i live in southern california can anyone help me set my box back so it works right like before ? do i have to down load a file ? or something like that all he left was the box ,the power wire,the ethernet cable,and the remote ..... no instruction/user manual please help me ....... thanks

any one that can help me out ? that can break it down for me ?
