hello to all

just bought myself one of the very new black dream multimedia dm8000hd remote and cannot get it to work with my tv. i have followed the instructions of how to program it to my tv with the 3 digits code and still not working. i have a panasonic viera and located the tv code on the dream multimedia website and followed the procedure and still no luck.

can anyone please help.
