I recently purchased the DM 500 HD but when I first switched on the box. Nothing happen. No light is coming in front indicator. I can see only red light inside the box from small openings on top of the box. I checked with dealer and he said you need to re flash the image. I tried with Dreamup but no success. I checked the official tutorial by dreamup as well and followed the same procedure but nothing is happening after it say now power on the system. Even I checked by browser as well but don't know the IP of the system as It is first time I switched on the box. I tried to use with Hyper terminal but not succeeded as well. Can anybody help me re flash the image with USB cable. Kindly note that when I connected my dreambox with my laptop it recognized it and installed the drivers correctly.
