Bug on new CVS drivers - E16 Klan Kosova channel

    Hi all,
    Klan Kosova on E16, the picture is choppy with pauses and no sound.
    The channel is on the transponder with another 14 channels (16.0E) - 10758.00 V 27500 7/8, all other channels work ok except Klan Kosova.
    This is a new CVS bug so please have a look.
