Hello,

After 7 working days my box died while it was running fine. I am hugely disappointed, not only because I spent a lot of money and now who knows when this works again but the package was very poor quality with many spelling errors and I had already known I am going to have problems with it and here we are.

Only the internal red LED is showing no reaction to the powerbutton and this is what I get via the USB COM port:

I searched Google a I found many people having the same problems. Anyway, is there any official statement please on why this is happening?
