Dreambox 500HD Flash 2 Questions

    Hi everybody!!


    I have a dreambox 500hd.I know about web browser flash but i have a question.


    I turn off the dreambox - press and hold power/standby button and then turn on.


    My question is:How many seconds should i press and hold power/standby button?Please Help me.


    I just want to do a good flash to dreambox.


    My last question is:What is better to Flash?--- Dreamup or Webbrowser?

    i always flash my boxes with webbrowser including dm500hd. i have no problems. pressing the powerbutton for 2 or 3 seconds is enough. then i take a look at my router, to what ip the box got and then flash with my opera browser directly from my linux machine where i build my images.
