Since RTL Lux change from Astra 19 to Astra 1g (23.5), i'm not receiving the channel.

Whan i tried a manual search on the Astra 23.5E transpondeur 12168 V 27500 3/4 i can't find the channel.

Is there an update or another way to find the channel?.

The company who installed the sat. installation for the co propriety check the system with an old Technisat decoder and the technician was able to find the channel.

Any help would be appreciate (note same problem with a brand new dreambox 600).
