dm800 error ( " is not a valid integer value )

    hello to all


    tried to flash my dm800 with new img
    after flash finished , rebooted the box


    but it wont boot

    DreamMultimedia
 -> error !



    tried to connect through hyperterminal
    I got the message that says something like this :

    there is no secondsatge 
but don't panic
 you need to use null modem cable and dreamup to flash the box



    then tried to flash the box using DreamUp and null modem cable


    connected the cable between the box and PC
    opened the program (DreamUp)
    selected the correct COM
    press connect
    then power on the box


    but I got this error
