Problem in diseqc functioning with rotor

  • I have this
7020S functioning very well, except one case. It has been almost three months
now that I have periodical malfunction in the diseqc aria. I am using a Motekk
positioned for years now and put some 30 satellite positions, also use the
receiver’s timer for scheduled recordings during the week. The problem is that
often, while the sign of ‘the rotor goes to 19,2’ (e.g.) appears on the screen,
the dish does not follow, move to the position described. Other times, it
executes the command. When it is negative, the dish (the positioner) does not
obey to commandments throu the remote control of the receiver. It is moving OK
though through its own remote controller, even to the same desired positions
(no loss of memory of the positioned). Since it is not a steady thing, it works
some times and others not, I really cannot figure out what to do. If I take the
receiver to the Service, will they find something, could it be that this
function of the receiver is broken? I have tried everything, changed positioner,
changed the power supply of the receiver, changed over and over again the used
image, both in flash and in work and made innumerous resets of the diseqc
function in the receiver, but in vain. No result at all. Could you give me some
    advise?
