Hi,

I bought a 7020 from E Bay. Unpacked it, plugged it in , switched it on, all I got was the orange screen, no logo just two vertical bars similar to the ones you see when you download files. I have tried all the combinations of buttons to press without success. I have connected to the network but with the search facility of DCC it is not found. I have 2 other DM's 7025 and 8000 so I understand them to a degree. It looks like a hardware problem but does anyone know what or which part is at fault?
