I didn't check that out. But it did show serial number etc.on the box. I am in Canada. Is any way to check it out now since the box is locked?

I have dreambox DM800 HD se and this error is displayed on the screen. I have tried to use Dreamup to get it resolved, but it is still stuck at that error and the flash doesn't button is grey while program is waiting for acknowledgement. Is any way to reboot to factory settings or any other way to resolve this. I am enclosing the screen printout. Thanks for your help
