I'm new in the Dreambox world.

I just bought an official version of the DM500HD. I would like to enjoy with my official canalsat subscription. The DM is installed, I got the signal of the satelite and I'm able to see some free channel.

My concern is the following, for the encrypted channel I would to use my canalsat card to uncrypt it. I have put my card on cardreader but nothing happend on the screen (instead part of the DM menu).

Do I have to install something additional to be able to watch again my favorites channel?
