Thank you for your reply but still sure to have an orginal dreambox800.
My problem is
1- when we started we have this message (CA not found)
2- on the same time on the back sight two indicator lamp
green and orange is luminous (Lan jack)

3-it is possible that the technician had change my simcard

3- it is possible with the s/n to know my box it is original or no

My dreambox800 ,I am sure it is original...... it is bought from london

but it is possible that the professional in his retail in cairo when he started to set up My dm800

did something , I found.... he opened the simcard place but I can't found what he did?
