    Sorry, I should have mentioned that I try to stream via internet.


    Although when I use internal IP address I can watch the stream on the PC, but my friend tries watching using external IP address and he can not. My dreambox ip address in DMZ and I do not think i have to forward the port 8001.


    The think perhaps the upload internet speed is not enough to handle the stream. Also some of the channels (MPEG streams) play for a several seconds and stop.

    vlc player version 1.1.4 does not play it either. It does not give any error.
    I wonder if we have to make some settings change in Dreambox.


    Seems like internal IP address works but when we use external ip address then it fails to receive the stream via Dreamstream app..


    Dreambox's internal ip address is DMZ in the router. I can access Dreambox web control page typing external IP address.


    I appreciate any help.

    http://xx.xx.xx.xx is the external ip adress
    Anyone has an idea what causes this error ??
