First of all I would like to say hello to everyone on the Forum.

I am a newbie, I have had a dreambox 500s for some time now and it works fine, i decided to get another dreambox 500s for the bedrom, I didn't want to move my router or wire the whole house with a RJ45 ethernet cable so I decide to get devolo dLAN duo Homeplug kit, I've tested the homplug using my laptop and they work great, amazing internet speed. I brought another Dreambox 500s with a new subscription it works absolutely fine downstairs but upstairs it freezes but no all channels, about 85% of the channels work but the rest work for a few minutes and then struggle to come through, you can see the channel wanting to come through (pixels) but then nothing. I've checked both boxes and they both do the same thing upstairs, they both freeze on the same channels. I really don't know what to do, is it a satellite signal problem or a satellite wire problem?, I have a 4 way LNB splitter but only use two of the 4way LNB. Its not the homeplugs because I have tested them and they work as they should, its not a dreambox problem as both work downstairs and both do the same freezing act upstairs...what puzzles me is that the same channels freeze on both boxes upstairs. How can I fix the problem?
