perhaps you could test a new image
or wait for somebody with a better idea.
have tested with ozoon image and new and older dreammutimedia images, just thought maybe some of the dream multmedia people have seen that problem before.
just wanna know if i should change dvb/s tuner or not ?

hi have problem with my dm800, when it boots, just after the dream logo.
Just when it says booting all power go of the box?.
Have opened the box and see nothing loose or anything, but when i take the dvb/s tuner out and then boot, it works fine.
So questions are
1) is it normal to have boot failure when the tuner is damage.
2) how can i els see if tuner is broken.
3)do you think an new tuner would help cause there an big expensive? 
no still no luck when i start after reflash the box shuts down an few second after you see the boat on the bootloogo it just power of, any ideas?
update got the null modem to work on my laptop its uploading file to box,but it says 59 min remaining is that normal

its original box and everytthing
have reflashed via browser ( hold down power and then typed local ip )
after reflashing when it power up it says dream multimedia, then it change lcd screen says booting then suddenlty it turns power of ??? every time is there any way to faktory reset it ?
