I have been experiencing problem. At time a green tv screen.
What are the unnecessary files that was causing this problem. Please enumerate them for all
users of dm boxes that have similar experiences.

Hi to ALL,

First time power on the box, OK the LCD light front panel was ON. I tried to switch off via remote control , the box did

not react(later on I checked and changed the battery cells), so I had to switch off via the main power switch.

After 8 hours when I connect the box with power, the front window panel was blank.

I would be most grateful to members who can help how to proceed to get the box in running condition.

As I would like to check the following:

what bootloader was pre installed, what SIM version and what ****** version.

If I have to do any modification, should I utilize clone patched suitable versions.

In anticipation thanks for the assistance that any member can bring.

Hi,

On tuesday evening I got my new DM 800 HD.

On wednesday morning , I power on the box, it was ok ( front Window is on, ethernet socker light on, power supply green light is on.0. I switch it oof. In the afternoon I connect the box with power supply, the front window light remains blank.All other are

working.

Friday , I tried again ,even the remote control command, the front light is still blank.But, the box is live.

I had the intention of setting up the box for channels on W 2M @ 16*E, I cannot proceed further.

How to proceed now to get the box in full operation.

Would much appreaciate guidance from any member who has experienced similar problem, which I do think is temporary at the initial stage.

With much interest I will wait for your valued instructions.
