I have the exact same problem, I have exchanged two of them already and they both are the exact same (they don't work) the supplier does not want to exchange anymore for me.
what did you do with yours?

I bought a Dreambox DM 100 on Thursday and when I brought it home and the reciever was stuck on the red and green light and it did not work, I took it to the store to return it and they were hesitant to take it back but they exchanged it for another one and when I brought the new one home it did not work either. I just wrote an e-mail to the manufacturer to see what they will say. Has anyone had this problem before? if so please contact me. I cannot reload it.
