my DM500+ Receiver don't save lock status for channels and transponders.
how can i solve this problem?

For 7 days, When ever I turn on my 7025+ Dream Receiver, I see only these pages: "Loading Enigma" and a color page that each one apears for 5 seconds! and this repeat ever and ever.
what must i do.
