It seems that background scanning is trigerred each time a channel is selected. I tried with python code to disable this functionality, but I was informed that the problem lies in Enigma2 c++ code.
So the question is:
What steps can be done to, either :
1) disable background scanning by modifying c++ code
2) or let the background scanning, but modify python code in order to hide the new scanned channels.
