when starting a mediabrowser and a cifs mount is offline, the dm800 will lockup. Please look into it. Thanks..

As far as I could understand from this discussion, DTS decoding by the Broadcom chip is out of the question beause of the microcode involved. I on the other hand am referring to bitstream. No specific hardware decoders are needed for that. Correct me if i'm wrong.

@the DMM developers. If we leave this "DTS decoding over the BCM7401" theory aside, could it be possible to write a handler which will load the main CPU instead and pass the binary DTS stream to SPDIF (bitstream). No decoding to TV speakers but at least we would able to make use of our dolby/DTS receivers.

Danke leute fur ihren Hilfe. Ich habe heute der box nach DMM geschikt mit serviceschein und kopie von die rechnung. Ich weiss nicht ob die frontpanel oder die motherboard defekt is. Darum habe ich die ganze dm800 und fernbedienung eingeschikt.

Alles ist gut angeslossen. Display leuchtet. Auch einen alteres bootloader #69 versucht.

Ghost, danke fur deine rat. I habe alles schon versucht. Die Dream und Tv tasten leuchten auf und der FB funktioniert sogar auch mit meinen Samsung LCD TV. Es hat zu tun mit der IR sensor in der box. Die frontpanel habe ich auch mal demontiert und die flachkabel gecheckt. Alles seht gut aus. Der Webremote funktioniert gut. Ich soll noch einmal der controlpanel flachkabel anschauen.

Ich habe es auch mit der neusten image versucht aber das hilft auch nicht. Der Dm800 hat bootloader #72. Muss ich der box einschicken zum reparatur?

Ich habe heute ein neue DM800 bekommen. Wenn der video input wizard erscheint, kann ich nicht nach oben oder unter mit der fernbedienung zum auswahl der inputsignal. Auch funktioniert die taste OK nicht. Die FB von meinen DM500 reagiert auch nicht auf die Dm800. Was kann ich jetzt am besten tun? Ist das ein defekt?
