my dreambox 7025 loads but then the picture on my tv disappears

i have tried various images but all give the same result

chaneged scarts to no effect

anyy ideas please

I have a 500s and a 7025

my 500 works perfect when i use my 7025 connected by the same leads the sound is muffled

any ideas please

when i try to flash i get the message bad sectors how do i repar this
