For UAE, the NTP server is: ae.pool.ntp.org

but, I want arabian Gulf area ( Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Oman, KSA )

The time is GMT+3 wasn't in the list ( Kuwait and Riyadh time )
