    hi Dream Multimedia , please help me


    i have a dm800 box & when i search Hotbird satellite i have problem with searching 11470 & 11258 freqquencies & 11470 ok but there is nothing with 11258


    i tried reset factory and ... just next time 11258 ok and nothing with 11470


    what should i do ?! i need both frequencies
