i got DM800HD PVR couples weeks ago and managed to setup properly last weekend, everything seem to be okay until today, when switch on, all the channel gone black, the hardware reboot itself and all setting return to default.

After rebooted and initialed setup wizard, I couldn't manage to control my motorist dish anymore, before i got back to me motorist supplier I would like to check, is it DBV Tuner not supply power or my dish problem.

Is anyway I can check the DVB-Tunner provide voltage correctly or not? or is it function properly or not?

i just got a new dm800pvr this week and everything seem to working okay, I have scanned 28.2 and got all the channels, however some channel that I normally receive on freeview such as "Dave" channel show as black page including some simple channel as well.

Could someone guide me how to get this solve please, I have been read on the forum, someone download a new csv and new image and seem to fixed.

I also newbie on this so guide how to install and download them would be helpful.
