DM 7020. The Network is defect. Can it be replaced/repaired? Several companies I approached in the Netherlands and they rejected repair or didn't answer.

All other functions are ok. Only no network connection. Can also see no 'lights' at the network connector. Nothing happens.

There is nothing wrong with my own network. A Dreambox 800HD works without problem, as do other devices. It's a pitty. It's my second Dreambox that is broken. Before I've dumped a 500, also with connection problems. the 800HD works for a few years without problems. Anybody any solution? Thanks.

A lot of harddisk recordings give only a black screen and the fault:

According to the helpdesk every harddisk should work. So it seems to be the software. I use the Gem. image. Don't tell me that it isn't official, even the official helpdesk here doesn't bother.

Who knows a solution? In English, German or Dutch.

I have also such a problem. My system tunes to eg 19.2 astra, but as soon as I've tuned to a second satellite the first settings are lost.

Is it the software and is there an update?
