unfortunately the tuner is dead
i got good response from the support team of dreambox multimedia team
they will send me the replacement tuner

can't wait till the moment i will be able to really use my DM800

i have the same problem.
My DM800 can not find any services.
it looks like the tuner is dead

or may be there is a solution for that?

I have a very similar problem, service scanner does not find anything.
The dish has been set up before by previous tuner and there is no problem.
I have tried to find services with direct connection to dish and also via diseq 1.1, no success.
Any suggestions please?
