Just curious, do you know if the WAN/PPPoE support was dropped from the DM500 or it never existed? Their documentation clearly shows that it should support it.

I tried to connect my DM500S to the internet. Following the instructions on the User Manual, I went to "expert setup/communication setup" menu selection. In trying to set up the network configuration, under the "Type" field I only have LAN as an option although the manual clearly stated that I should also see a WAN option. For my type of ADSL connection, I need to set up a PPPoE connection.

I reviewd all relevent threads in the forum but was not able to find the answer. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
