Dienst niet die op DM500 wordt de gevonden , Ik heb een bizar probleem met mijn DM500… ooit, terwijl het letten van op een kanaal, gaat uit BER en het kanaal gaat naar zwarte met de gevonden niet Dienst het verschijnen op het scherm. het veranderen van de kanalen op de ontvanger helpt niet ooit. Het gebeurt hoofdzakelijk wanneer het gaan naar een gecodeerd kanaal. het schakelen terug naar een ander kanaal op een andere satelliet geeft me nog de gevonden niet dienst. ooit gaat alles balck en het ontvangerseinde dat antwoordt als moet ik het rebooten door de macht te nemen. wanneer ik reboot doe, komt het kanaal dat de gevonden dienst gaf niet, omhoog 2 seconden en dan gaat BER een agin uit en de gevonden niet Dienst verschijnt op het scherm. om het even welk idee waarom it' s dat of hoe kan ik het probleem volgen gebeurt? I have a weird problem with my DM500...
sometime, while watching a channel, the BER goes up and the channel go to black with Service Not found appearing on the screen.
changing the channels on the receiver does not help sometime. It mainly happens when going to an encrypted channel. switching back to another channel on another satellite still give me the service not found. sometime everything go balck and the receiver stop responding like i have to reboot it by taking out the power.
when i do the reboot, the channel that was giving service not found, come up for 2 seconds and then the BER goes up a agin and Service not found appears on the screen.
any idea on why it's happening or how can i track the problem?

My DM7025 was working and it suddenly stop. the front panel display does not display anything. i tried to reboot, take the unit out of the power for 1 hour, take our the hard drive... nothing works...
I'm not able to load a new firmware as the the system is not responding to the Interrupt load by pressing the key on the front while turning on the unit.
I'm not able as well to use Dreamup to upload a new firmware. Dreamup keep saying that Dream is not connected...

any idea...

I'm having a problem with my DM7025. Don't know what happened, but suddenly, the hardware doesn't boot up any more.
when i turn on the unit from the back, the Front display is lighten up without any display.
TV display nothing but black for around 1 minute and suddenly it flash some white bars all over the TV screen with a Sound coming from the Receiver (Probably Power supply).

could anyone please help me investigate further this problem? is there any hardware diagram in which i can test if my PS is faulty? where to order to new PS if it was faulty - I'm in the Middle East BTW.
