I just received my new DM920, as I wanted to replace my DM900. , however I have a problem with the tuner. After setting the two tuners as I usually do with all my previous Dreamboxes, I couldn't download any channe (searching results in 0 channels)l!!!!! I uploaded the box with my saved channels using dreamboxEdit, but non of the channels worked, and bad tuning message appears on screen. Shall I return it to the seller? Another problem is that it is very slow!!!. I changed the image, and tried several images, but all failed.

Please help.
