I do have similar problems. I have a Dreambox 7025 with one DVB-S and one DVB-T tuner. Coverage of DVB-T is very poor in my area.
If I tune to a DVB-S channel I have a good picture. Next I zap to a DVB-T channel which has poor coverage. The tuner tries to get in sync but gives up. Then I zap back to the DVB-S channel and I have no picture at all. I can zap further to other channels, and no picture. The only way to get a picture again is to reboot the box.
It looks like the poor DVB-T signal messes something-up in the MPEG decoder from which only a reboot can recover.

After digging my problem I think now that I have the same problem. I have weak signal for Thor 1W and if I stay away from Thor picture/sound will not disappear and I can use those other three satellites without problems.
First I though that my problem was memory issue, but swap file didn't help for long. Then I though about heat problem and installed two fans inside the box. Only difference was the noise of those fans, so I took them out.
So could weak signal kill MPEG decoder to state that reboot is the only cure? Restart of Enigma2 is not enough.
