This updates the satellite but not the service/ channel list.
Updates Satellite list from 3.0E to 0.8W.
Place the file into the right /var directory and install through the image.
NB Don't reboot/shutdown the dreambox until you have installed the file.

* How do you add a New satellite to an Old satellite.xml file? or I could I add a North American satellite to the european image.
*How could someone add a new satellite to an old satellite.xml file?

* How could someone verify that the LNB type is standard, universal, dishpro or other?
* How could someone verify that the polarization is circular or linear?

Has anyone tried to configure his/her dreambox machine to function as also a p2ptv and or iptv stb.
As some of you may know the cw1000s and cw3000hd are iptv and p2ptv stb.
I personnaly have a problem with their boxes and presently looking for an alternative.
I'm asking because I know dreamboxes have an ethernet port, so I'm hoping, factory or third party wares could bring this feature to the dreambox .

I would like to know if anyone on this forum is from USA. There reason I'm asking is because
1) I can't seem to find a DM-7025 retailer who sells the dm-7025 without the option of twin dvb-s. I would like to purchase 2 boxes, one dvb-s and dvb-c and the last one dvb-s and dvb-t.
2)May be the first question is, does dvb-c work in USA.
